Shipping

Items are shipped from California and shipping is only available within the United States and Canada. Shipping rates will vary depending upon the size of your order and delivery location. The estimated shipping cost will be presented to you during checkout after you have entered a shipping address.

If your order does not include pre-order items, it should ship within 1–3 business days. It may take up to 15 days before it is delivered, depending on the chosen shipping method (up to 25 days for Media Mail). You will receive an email confirmation once it has shipped. Expedited shipping is not available.

Media Mail

The USPS Media Mail service offers a more affordable shipping option for literature, however it is not reliable. Though rare, it has been known to sometimes take months for packages to arrive, and occasionally they don't arrive at all. For paid orders of printed literature only, we will replace at no cost to you orders that do not arrive within 25 calendar days. To request a replacement for literature orders that have not arrived, email TammyB@MercyForAnimals.org. For all other orders, we cannot be held responsible for late or lost packages if you choose Media Mail for shipping. Use at your own risk.

International Customers

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. Mercy For Animals has no control over these charges, nor can MFA predict what they may be.

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can delay our original estimated delivery. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Damaged Merchandise and Shipping Errors

No returns will be accepted unless the item you purchased was damaged or the wrong product was sent to you.

We cannot accept items that are returned more than 30 days after their confirmed delivery or are not in their original condition. Please follow these simple instructions for your return:

  1. To report problems with your order, please email TammyB@MercyForAnimals.org with your name, order number, and details on product error. You will receive a response within two business days.
     
  2. Pack the items, along with the packing slip (receipt), securely in a box. Your order number must be included with the return to process your refund or exchange request.
     
  3. Mail the package to:
