Can I change or cancel my order?

  • We will make every attempt to ensure a positive customer experience. However, many products at are created and custom printed per order, so any changes to a custom order must be processed before an item enters the production phase. Once an order is in production, unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order. If you cancel your custom order in production, you may still be responsible for the cost.

What are your exchange, refund, and return policies?

  • All sales are final. Many products at are created and custom printed per order. We do not offer exchanges. 
  • While we want every order to be perfect, mistakes can happen. No returns will be accepted unless the item you purchased was damaged or the wrong product was sent to you.
  • We cannot accept items that are returned more than 30 days after their confirmed delivery or are not in their original condition.
  • Please reach out to, and if you are submitting a request, please be sure to include photo evidence of the damaged or incorrect product in your order.

 What shipping carrier and shipping methods do you use?

  • We typically offer standard, expedited, and overnight shipping, but this can vary from product to product. For international shipping, we offer standard and expedited. International shipping times are longer than U.S. domestic shipping times.

What is the processing time on my orders?

  • Processing times can vary depending on the products ordered. For custom products, orders may take upwards of 24 hours to be verified before they are sent to production. Typically, such orders will be in production for one to two weeks before they are ready to be shipped. Since many products at are custom printed, you may experience slight variances between orders. Once your order is produced, it will be shipped, and you’ll get a tracking link if available.

When will I receive my order?

  • We’re committed to timely shipping. You will receive an estimated delivery date, but this may vary, especially in the current climate of the online retail market. Most orders will also receive a tracking link to monitor progress. Please be aware that tracking for international packages may not always be available or as reliable as tracking for domestic orders.
  • The estimated shipping cost will be presented to you during checkout after you have entered a shipping address. While we cannot guarantee delivery dates, our estimates are as follows:

Does ship internationally, and will I have to pay import taxes, customs duties, and fees?

  • We do ship internationally with various courier services.
  • Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Mercy For Animals has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
  • The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. 
  • Required customs clearance procedures may delay our original estimated delivery. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.

     I never received my order. What should I do?

    • Orders require a 20-business-day waiting period from ship date to ensure the parcel is not just delayed en route. After this time, if your order has not been received and the tracking link states that it was not delivered, your order will be considered lost in transit. You can then reach out to about a lost package, and we can work on getting you a replacement. If an order’s tracking shows a successful delivery but your parcel is still missing, we recommend contacting your local post office for assistance.
