TELL ME ABOUT YOUR LOYALTY PROGRAM—IS IT WORTH IT?

YES! Our ShopMFA+ program is awesome! All you need to do is sign in to your ShopMFA.com account when you shop with us to be eligible to receive rewards. To access your rewards information click the orange ShopMFA+ icon in the bottom left hand corner of your screen. I JUST PLACED AN ORDER AND FORGOT TO LOG IN. CAN I STILL GET POINTS FOR THE PURCHASE?

We are so sorry, but we are unable to retroactively apply Oink Points for purchases made when you are not signed in to your account. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage you to sign in each time you purchase from us.

I JUST MADE A PURCHASE AND FORGOT TO USE MY REDEEMED REWARDS CODE. CAN YOU APPLY THAT FOR ME?

We are so sorry, but we are unable to retroactively apply the Oink Points to your transaction. But please keep your custom redemption code, as it can be used on your next purchase.

CAN I USE MY REDEEMED OINK POINTS AND ANOTHER DISCOUNT CODE ON MY ORDER?

ShopMFA allows only one discount code per order. Please choose which code you would like to use on your order. 

I KNOW MY FRIEND WOULD LOVE SHOPMFA.COM—HOW DO I REFER THEM AND GET OINK POINTS?

Yay! Thank you for wanting to share ShopMFA.com with your friends! Email a friend a $5 coupon by clicking “Rewards and Referral” and then “Refer a Friend.” Enter the email address of a friend who has not purchased from ShopMFA.com before, and your friend will receive a referral link with a custom coupon code for $5 off to enter at checkout (if your friend has shopped with us before, the referral link will be automatically voided by the system). If the referral friend uses the custom coupon code sent to them from your referral account and makes a qualifying first-time purchase with ShopMFA.com, 500 Oink Points will automatically be applied to your account. Your referral friend will receive the $5 coupon for their first purchase, 250 points for signing up, and points from their purchase made while signed in to their new ShopMFA.com account.

I NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED. WILL I LOSE MY OINK POINTS FROM THIS PURCHASE?

Yes. Oink Points earned for a purchase that is the subject of a return, refund, cancellation, or declined credit card will be deducted from your account in the amount equal to the Oink Points earned in the original transaction (including any bonus points that may be applicable). If a return will cause your account to have a negative Oink Point balance, you will not begin earning redeemable Oink Points again until your Oink Point balance is returned to zero (0) by making purchases. Reward discounts will be distributed equally to applicable items in your order when completing a return. 

I USED SOME REDEEMED REWARDS ON AN ORDER THAT I AM NOW RETURNING. WILL I LOSE MY REWARDS?

We are so sorry. Unfortunately, our reward coupon codes are for one-time use. Reward points applied to orders will not be credited back if items in the order are returned. For returns, reward discounts will be distributed equally to applicable items in your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
